Minecraft on iOS…finally

MineCraft Pocket EditionMinecraft Pocket Edition for iOS devices has finally been released. This is basically the same stripped down version of the game released for Android devices earlier this year in October. This means that the iOS version of the game does not support survival mode, meaning no mining or crafting, but still promises hours if not days of entertainment.

 

Minecraft Pocket Edition was released one day before MineCon 2011, where MineCraft 1.0 will be released and loose its Beta tag. MineCon 2011 has been sold out since 28 Oct 2011 according to the MineCon 2011 web site.

Apple vs Samsung

We ran a website poll a short while ago asking: “Will the latest Samsung offer end the court deadlock with Apple?”

We had an overwhelming response of “Who cares?”

 

It seems nobody is really concerned about these two giants slugging it out in court anymore. I did a quick Google search and yes there are still loads of people reporting on happenings, but the articles seem a lot shorter and the reports a lot less dramatic.
